A new publication in the book series, Laboratory Animal Science and Medicine, entitled Practical Management of Research Animal Care and Use Programs – Questions and Answers, features a chapter on communications by EARA.

Edited by EARA Board member Javier Guillén, of AAALAC International, and Viola Galligioni, of EARA member the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience, this volume includes the chapter Transparency: External Communication by EARA executive director, Kirk Leech and EARA communications manager, Bob Tolliday.

Endorsed by EARA member the European Society for Laboratory Animal Veterinarians (ESLAV), the series aims at providing an easily accessible and complete toolbox for researchers, veterinarians and technicians who design animal studies and/or work with research animals.
