Transparency Thursday is a social media initiative that connects the public with scientists working with animals.
It gives a voice to everyone curious about animal research and provides space for open, informed answers from those who know it best.
Transparency Thursday is an initiative created by EARA that bridges the gap between researchers working with animals and the public. From time to time, always on a Thursday, we collect questions on our social media to be answered by an invited guest scientist. The answers go live shortly afterwards in video format.
Over the last few years, we have worked together with dozens of scientists worldwide who have answered a selection of questions from the public about their work with animals, reinforcing their commitment to openness about animal research.
