Stop Vivisection Public Hearing at the European Parliament

Last Monday 11th May the public hearing of the European Citizens’ Initiative ‘Stop Vivisection’ was held at the European Parliament. During the debate, the petition’s organisers and an expert panel composed by 2008 Physiology or Medicine Nobel Laureate Françoise Barré-Sinoussi explained to Members of the European Parliament their arguments for their position towards the continued use of animals in scientific procedures.
