Call to take part in animal care survey

COST IMPROVE

A European research network has launched a survey, aimed at animal care staff and lab technicians, to gain an insight into their involvement in planning and conducting research projects using animals.

With the anonymous survey, the group aims to improve the job satisfaction of those working with research animals, as well as advance reproducibility in studies.

The survey is carried out by a team within the COST IMPROVE – 3Rs concepts to improve the quality of biomedical science network, co-ordinated by EARA member the Translational Animal Research Center at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz Medical Center, Germany.

COST IMPROVE is an initiative which allows researchers to set up their own networks on different scientific topics in Europe to boost research, innovation and careers.

The survey will take 10-15 minutes and can be completed in one of eight languages.
